Calibrating the touchscreen on the Connect+ Series, SendPro P
Learn how to calibrate the touchscreen on the Connect+ Series, SendPro P.
Products affected: Connect+® 500W, Connect+® 1000, Connect+® 2000, Connect+® 3000, SendPro® P1000, SendPro® P1500, SendPro® P2000, SendPro® P3000
You may need to calibrate the touchscreen if you find it is not responding to touch commands.
- Select Settings under Mailing on the Home screen.
- Select Personal from the list on the left side of the screen.
- Select Touchscreen.
- Select the Calibrate... button. Follow the onscreen prompts to complete the calibration process.
- Select the Home button to return to the Home screen.
