Zones are not changing.

Why do I need to up-date my machine?

Your machine must be updated with the latest rates to ensure your mail carries the correct postal costs (Requirement Of Royal Mail Franking Scheme, section 7) click here. Incorrect postage values may result in non-delivery of items and/or surcharges.

Will I be charged for an updated postal tariff for my equipment?

No. All rate updates are included as standard on Mailmark franking machines.

When will my rates be available to download?

  • PR20 (DM110-160-220) – 5th DecemberDM60 (K722) – 5th
  • DecemberG922(DM300/400M) – 5th DecemberSendPro P (4W20) – 5th
  • DecemberSendPro C / +/Auto/Auto + (1H20/7H20) – 9th
  • DecemberSendPro Online (Pitneyship Pro) and SendPro Mailstation rates will automatically update from 30th December.
