This program means you will never have to worry about running out of ink again because your meter will trigger a replacement ink order when it reaches a low ink status. It’s simple -- you enroll, pick the address and payment method of your choice PLUS you get a 20% discount off the retail price* on each genuine Pitney Bowes replacement cartridge shipped as a part of the program. If you already have special negotiated contract prices on meter ink, simply enjoy the cost savings you already receive.

Once you have your SmartLink connectivity device there is no charge to participate in the AutoInk program. You can cancel your participation at any time with no penalty.
You will only receive a replacement cartridge when your meter indicates that it is low on ink. That could be once a month or twice a year depending on your unique usage but the goal of the program is to make it convenient for you to never have to worry about running out of ink again.
Today the discount is only offered for the ink purchased and sent via the low ink indicator in the program. If you purchase additional cartridges outside of the program, they will be at regular price or watch for our web offers as we periodically run specials.
