Can I access the SendPro 300 solution outside of the mail area?
Yes. You can print shipping labels for all three carriers from any desktop PC or MAC computer. You can order additional SendKits (label printer and digital scales) so users outside of the mail area can accurately weigh packages and print professional shipping labels right from their desktop.
Can two or more people access SendPro 300 solution?
Yes. You can choose to add multiple users to the account, for a nominal fee, allowing up to 50 users the ability to manage shipments from their desktops. You can even login from anywhere to access the address book, transaction history and additional shipping records and reports.
How does the AutoInk program work?
Because the SendPro 300 solution is digitally connected to the Pitney Bowes Commerce Cloud, a notification will pop up and you will receive an email when you are running low on ink. If you enroll in the program, you don’t have to do anything else because your postage meter ink will automatically be shipped to you.
What are the benefits of connecting through LAN network?
The SendPro 300 solution is digitally connected which eliminates the need for a costly analog phone line connection. Plus, a fast network connection supports automatic postal updates, low ink alerts, service warnings and diagnostic notifications.
