Managing payment methods in Your Account

Learn how to add, remove or update a credit card or bank account that is used to pay bills online.

Sign in to Your Account to manage your payment methods, including adding, removing, and updating your payment methods.

We may apply a fee of up to 3% to cover all or part of our costs of accepting your card. We don’t accept debit cards for bill payments, except American Express. To avoid a fee, pay bills with a bank account (ACH).

Add a payment method 

  1. Go to the signin page.
  2. If prompted, select a portal, otherwise, you will be directed to your Your Account dashboard. 
    • Your Account for billing, account management, leases and rentals 
    • Shipping 360 for the shipping and mailing cloud-based platform 
  3. Select the Billing menu and click Payment Methods
  4. Select Add New Card or Add New Account buttons for the required payment method(s). 
  5. Complete the form and select Save.

Remove a payment method 

  1. Go to the signin page.
  2. If prompted, select a portal, otherwise, you will be directed to your Your Account dashboard. 
    • Your Account for billing, account management, leases and rentals 
    • Shipping 360 for the shipping and mailing cloud-based platform 
  3. Select the Billing menu and click Payment Methods.
  4. Locate the required Bank Account or Credit Card, and select Delete.

Update a payment method

  1. Go to the signin page.
  2. If prompted, select a portal, otherwise, you will be directed to your Your Account dashboard. 
    • Your Account for billing, account management, leases and rentals 
    • Shipping 360 for the shipping and mailing cloud-based platform 
  3. Select the Billing menu and click Payment Methods.
  4. Select Edit for the credit card or bank account that needs to be updated.
  5. Enter the details of the new payment method and select Save.
