Pay later with a credit line


A Purchase Power® Credit Line from The Pitney Bowes Bank, Inc., Member FDIC simplifies how you pay for postage. Consolidate your mailing, shipping (USPS, UPS and FedEx) and supplies expenses into one account. Postage you add to your meter is paid using this credit line, then you are billed later in a monthly statement.

Prepay using a deposit account


Use a prepaid deposit account (Reserve Account) at The Pitney Bowes Bank, Inc., Member FDIC to pay for mail and permit postage, and SendPro USPS shipping. Schedule automatic recurring payments, or make deposits via check or ACH. Postage you add to your meter is drawn from this deposit account.

Pay with credit card


Important: Using a credit card to pay for postage is limited to mailstation™ series meters and SendPro® Online | PitneyShip™. With SendPro Online | PitneyShip™, use a credit card to pay for postage and USPS shipping. (Note: When paying for postage using a credit card with SendPro Online, a 3.5% administrative fee is added with each transaction).
