Request to Reduce a Credit Balance on Purchase Power, Reserve, and Postage Accounts

You may submit the Refund Request Form if you will not be using the funds to fill other meters or purchase supplies.

 TIPYou must fill in the email option on the refund request form. If your request has been rejected or needs further attention, Pitney Bowes will alert you via the same email address. Once your refund request has been processed, a confirmation number will be sent to you via email.

Refunds typically take 10-15 days to process and will be sent to address on file with Pitney Bowes.


Postage Account Overpayments
Depending on the method of payment you used to fund postage, your account may be credited or you may be eligible for a refund when you return equipment to Pitney Bowes. Determine if you qualify. Then fill out the Refund Request form if you have overpaid your account balance and do not wish to use the funds to fill your postage meter(s).

Lease and Rental Overpayments
If you are eligible for a lease or rental refund, contact the appropriate Pitney Bowes client service representatives:

Refunds on Multi-Meter Accounts
If more than one meter is associated with your postage account, and you are requesting a refund, be sure to retrieve the exact amount you require. Depleting the postage account of all funds will affect other mailing operations within your company.
