That's the question that we set out to answer in a commissioned global research study conducted by Forrester Consulting on behalf of Pitney Bowes featuring the perspectives from 800 data acquisition and analytics decision makers. The research confirms that common issues and concerns that plagued companies’ decades ago remain universal problems. Despite high confidence, 99% of respondents experience challenges with the data they are currently using. Acquiring customer data, lack of overall data quality, and data freshness still top the list as major concerns.
