Changing your SendPro Online subscription payment method

If the credit card that you use to pay for your SendPro Online subscription expires, you will receive an email notification and your account will be suspended until your payment method has been updated.
Products affected: SendPro® Online

To view your SendPro subscription plan details:

  1. Select your name in the upper right.
  2. Select Plans & Subscriptions.
  3. If you need to make changes to your plan or payment method, contact customer support.
