Signing up for SendPro Online

You can sign up for SendPro Online through Your Account. If you are not yet a Pitney Bowes client, contact our Sales team.

  1. If you have a Pitney Bowes account, sign in to Your Account.
  2. If you do not yet have a Pitney Bowes account, sign up.
  3. Once you are signed in to Your Account, select the Canada Post icon in the Your Apps section.
  4. Choose your SendPro Online plan:
    • Canada Post Basic: Canada Post only
    • SendPro Multi-Carrier Individual (1 user): Canada Post, Purolator, FedEx and UPS
    • SendPro Multi-Carrier Small Office (up to 50 users) plan: Canada Post, Purolator, FedEx and UPS
  5. Follow the instructions on the screen to complete the process.

Important: An active PitneyWorks® account is required to process SendPro transactions.
