Installing the scale on a Mac for SendPro Online

The SendPro Scale App enables SendPro to communicate with your scale. If you close the Scale App, you will see an error message next time you try to use your scale in SendPro Online. To resume use, restart the SendPro Scale App.

1. Connect the scale to your computer:
   
2. Plug in the scale.
3. Sign in to https://login.pitneybowes.com/sendpro.
4. Go to the Help menu.
5. Click on Download SendPro Scale Utility for macOS.
6. Download the app from the Mac App Store and install it.

After installing the SendPro Scale App, pair the SendPro Scale App with your web browser:

1. Right-click on the SendPro Scale AppSP icon in the upper right corner of the menu bar.
2. Select Pair With.
3. Select the web browser you are using.
