Linking your Office 365 address book to SendPro Online

You can link your Office 365 address book to SendPro Online so that you can use those addresses when creating shipping labels.

To link to your Office 365 address book:

  1. In SendPro Online, select Settings > Preferences.
  2. Select the Connect link next to Office 365. You are connected to the Office 365 page.

  3. Provide your Office 365 account information.

Once linked to Office 365, your Office 365 addresses appear at the bottom of the address book, after your SendPro Online addresses. Addresses from Office 365 have an Office 365 icon. Addresses stored in SendPro Online have a Pitney Bowes icon.

To remove the connection to your Office 365 address book:

  1. In SendPro Online, select Settings > Preferences.
  2. Select the Revoke Access link next to Office 365.
  3. Follow the instructions on the screen to complete the process.

After using an Office 365 address to create a label, the address will not be saved with your other SendPro Online addresses.

If you do not use Office 365, you can import a .csv file of your addresses into SendPro instead.
