Requesting a carrier pickup in SendPro Online

If you need to schedule a package pickup, you can get a link to the carrier's website.

  1. On the Home screen, under Request a Pickup, select the Request now link next to the desired carrier. You are directed to the carrier's website to arrange the pickup. Pitney Bowes is not involved with carrier pickup scheduling.
  2. On the carrier's website, provide the required information to complete the process.
