Label printing issues:
If your labels print too small, the wrong paper size may be selected. To correct this:
If Plain Paper - 8.5 x 11 is always selected by default, you can change this to 4 x 6 by adjusting your shipping label printing defaults. See:

If your label looks correct in Adobe Reader, but when printed, some image parts are missing (barcocde, stamp, Canada Post logo, etc.), or some letters or text appears as empty boxes, see:
