"The username you provided was not recognized. Please try again." message in SendPro Online

If you get the message “The username you provided was not recognized. Please try again.” in SendPro Online, you will need to contact Pitney Bowes support.

Issue

When signing in to SendPro Online, the message "The username you provided was not recognized. Please try again." is displayed.

Cause

The username being used is not a valid username for SendPro.

Resolution

This issue must be resolved by a Pitney Bowes representative. Contact software support for assistance.
