If you get the message "We're sorry, but this page couldn't be found", you may need to sign in to SendPro again.

When accessing SendPro Online, the message "We're sorry, but this page couldn't be found" is displayed.
Cause
The page being requested is not available.
Resolution
- Below the error message, select the Go to Pitney Bowes home page button.
- Return to the SendPro sign in page and sign in again.
