How to change the PB Postage account on the DM400, DM500 and more

Products affected: DM400™, DM500™, DM550™, DM800™, DM800i™, DM900™, DM1000™, and DM1100™
All of the Pitney Bowes modem meters are easily maintained. Most updates can be done via the phone line connecting to the Data Center.
  1. Press Menu
  2. Select Set Up
  3. Select Phone/Network Setup
  4. Select PBP Account #
  5. Type in the new PB Postage (PBP) Account Number
  6. Press Enter
  7. Press Clear repeatedly until back at the Ready screen.
If your issue is not resolved, contact customer support from 8 am to 8 pm Eastern Time. Have your model number ready.
