The meter displays error code 010A and will not print.
A failure with an internal component is preventing normal operation of the meter. A base is detected, but no response was received.
Reseating the meter may resolve the error:
- Turn the power off with the button, located on the left side of the equipment; wait for the display to turn off
- Release the meter from the base using the blue latch on the right and remove it from base
- Reinstall the meter on base
- Turn the power On
If your issue is not resolved, contact customer support from 8 am to 8 pm Eastern Time. Have your model number ready.
