Error Code: 337, How to resolve on the DM400, DM500, and more

The meter displays error message 'Infrastructure Error: Service 2, Error Code 337/22, PSD Status B008027' and will not refill postage.


You have exceeded your monthly refill budget.


Try to refill your meter for a lower amount.

If your issue is not resolved, contact customer support from 8 am to 8 pm Eastern Time to check on your budget amount.  Have your model number ready.
