An attempted refill failed, and the message insufficient funds or balance too low was displayed.


A refill attempt was made for more funds then what was available in the postage account.


There are insufficient funds in your postage account to refill your meter for this amount. To resolve this error, refill your meter for a lower amount or add funds to your postage account.

If your issue is not resolved or require assistance with your account, contact customer support from 8 am to 8 pm Eastern Time. Have your model number ready.
