The meter displays error code 19EF and will not print.
Your meter has detected an error with the internal printer. A timeout occurred when attempting to communicate with the PMC (Printer Maintenance Controller).
Remove the ink cartridge and reboot the machine. If mailing machine reboots without the 19EF error then try another genuine Pitney Bowes ink cartridge.
You may be able to clear the error by rebooting your machine.
- Turn the power off with the power switch, located on the left side of the equipment; wait for the display to turn off
- Wait one minute, then turn the power switch back on
If your issue is not resolved, contact customer support from 8 am to 8 pm Eastern Time. Have your model number ready.
