Low Battery or Urgent Battery Warning message means your battery MUST be replaced. Meter operation should not continue until your battery (or meter) is replaced.
Request service as soon as Low Battery, Urgent Battery or any warning message displays.
IMPORTANT: If your battery actually expires, your postage meter will lock up and secure your funds. Your meter will then need to be serviced for funds reconciliation. To ensure your meter maintains functionality, contact Pitney Bowes or complete your service request via My Account to begin the battery replacement process.
