Amy C. Corn

Title: Vice President, Secretary and Chief Governance Officer

Amy Corn is Vice President, Secretary and Chief Governance Officer at Pitney Bowes Inc. In this role, she is responsible for the Office of the Corporate Secretary, including corporate governance and all matters relating to the board of directors, Delaware corporation law, stock exchange regulatory compliance, and subsidiary governance.  She is also responsible for leadership and oversight of the company’s Enterprise Risk Management program.

During her career at Pitney Bowes, Amy has served as counsel to many of the company’s business units and corporate functions, handling a broad range of legal matters.  She was elected as Corporate Secretary in 1996.  Since 1996, in addition to her corporate secretary role, she has been responsible for oversight of Stockholder Services, Environmental Health & Safety, Global Ethics and Business Practices, Business Continuity and Crisis Management, and securities law compliance.

Prior to joining Pitney Bowes in 1983, she was an associate with the Weinberg and Green law firm (now Saul Ewing), in Baltimore, Maryland.

Amy received her B.A., magna cum laude, from Tufts University, and her J.D. from the Columbus School of Law, Catholic University of America, where she was an editor of the Law Review. She is admitted to the Bar of the States of Connecticut and Maryland. She has served as a member of the Society of Corporate Secretaries and Governance Professionals board of directors, as well as chair of its National Corporate Practices Committee. She is a past president of the Stockholder Relations Society of New York and a member of the New York Stock Exchange Governance Council.
