This Privacy Policy prescribes how the Company collects, uses and discloses Personal Data of the Company's clients, business contacts and website visitors in compliance with the applicable laws and regulations, including the Singapore Personal Data Protection Act 2012 (No. 26 of 2012) (the "Act").

We use Paypal [Internet Payment Gateway] to provide a secure environment for the authorisation of transactions on the Website. Confidential information including your credit card details are encrypted the moment they are transmitted from your browser to the banking network using 128-bit SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) encryption technology.

Your credit card details are not stored anywhere on the Website and the only company who has access to this data is Paypal. Paypal also sends confirmation information via 128-bit SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) encryption back to your browser.

We maintain a secured area on our Website for transmission of personal data, and store all Personal Data in a private database which is not connected to the Internet. Although we will use all reasonable efforts to safeguard the confidentiality of the Personal Data you provide to us, transmissions made by means of the Internet cannot be made absolutely secure.
