This year the EMEA Software and Data Partner Conference will take a new format. We will be hosting two regional events, in Munich and London, to allow for more personal interactions and engagement with our partners.

Venues & Registration

The EMEA Software and Data Regional Partner Conferences will take place in November in Munich and London. Both events will have the same timing and agendas but will differ slightly in the focus areas covered in the breakout sessions.

 

Munich – 18th – 19th November

The breakout sessions in Munich will focus on Location Intelligence, Data, Spectrum and Customer Engagement.

Both conferences will start at 15:00 with registration and coffee and will close at 17:00 the following day.

1:1 meeting slots will be offered prior to event start and after these events close so please consider this when booking your travel.

FAQs

Travel Documents
All travel documents, passports, visas and public health documents for entry to the EMEA Partner Conference in Munich and London are the individual's responsibility. Please check passport requirements for your country.

How do I book a hotel room?
You can reserve your accommodation at both venues using the link provided within the conference registration pages.

Leonardo Royal Hotel Munich - A room block has been arranged at a preferred rate of € 139 per room per night for single occupancy or € 162 per room per night for double occupancy. The rate is inclusive of breakfast, service and VAT. The night prior to the event a small room allotment is available at the preferred rate of € 119 per room per night for single occupancy or € 152 per room per night for double occupancy. This rate will be available to book until 18th October and rooms can be cancelled until 3rd November.

Millennium & Copthorne Hotels - We are currently holding a number of rooms on 20th & 21st November at a preferred rate of £132.50 excluding VAT, per room per night for single occupancy. The rate is inclusive of breakfast and access to the health club. These can be booked, subject to availability, until 30th October.

Attendees are responsible for booking and paying their own accommodation and travel expenses.

What is the attire of the meeting?

Business Casual. It is best to dress in layers and remember to pack a sweater or jacket as the meeting rooms are often on the cooler side.
