How to add billing accounts to Your Account profile

Once you create your account profile, make sure all of your products and billing accounts are associated. You can easily manage your account information online.

  1. Sign in to your account, then locate the section: Your Financials.

  1. Follow the steps to add your type of account:

 TIP: For help locating your account number, refer to Identifying Your Account Numbers.

  1. Add a Purchase Power Account
    1. Select the link: Purchase Power. Enter your 16-digit Account Number listed at the top of your invoice and select Continue.
    2. To confirm your company information, enter the 7-digit 'Meter no/PB ref no' located on your invoice. Then select Submit.
  2. Add a Rental or Supply Account
    1. Select the link: Add Invoice Account. Enter your 8-digit Account Number listed at the top of your invoice and select Continue.
    2. Enter the Invoice number, located at the top of your invoice, and select Submit.
  3. Add a Postage By Phone (PBP) Account
    1. Select the link: Postage By Phone. Enter your 8-digit PBP Account Number listed at the top of your invoice and select Continue.
    2. To confirm your company information, enter the 7-digit Meter Serial number. This is listed on your PBP Invoice. Then select Submit.
