Have you recently upgraded your current meter?

Depending on the model of your meter, we have a different process that you will need to follow:

Self-Install Machine*

If you have unused postage left on your old meter, this will be refunded once it has been returned. Your unused funds will be transferred to your Pitney Bowes account within 10 working days, of the return of your old meter.

Note: Unused postage credit will always be issued back to your account, ready for you to download on the new machine. Unfortunately, we cannot transfer credit between machines.

Engineer Install Machine*

If you have unused postage left on your old meter, our engineer should transfer the postage from your old machine back to your postage account when they are on site. If they are unable to do this, unused funds will be transferred to your Pitney Bowes account within 10 working days, of the return of your old meter.

Note: Unused postage credit will always be issued back to your account, ready for you to download on the new machine.
