Enabling account passwords on the DM100i-DM200i and DM110i-DM220i

Products affected: DM100i™, DM150i™, DM200i™ (P720); DM110i™, DM160i™, DM220i™ (PR20)
Important: a supervisor password must be set to enable account passwords. 
  1. From the Home screen, press the selection button next to Select an account.
  2. Press Page Down twice.
  3. Select Acct Passwords.
  4. Select Turn Passwords ON. The display returns to the Accounts menu.
  5. Press Page Down.
  6. Select Edit an account.
  7. Select the account you wish to have a password.
  8. Select Edit acct.password.
  9. Enter the desired password.
  10. Select Continue.
  11. Re-enter the password.
  12. Select Set.
  13. Press the Clear key to return to the home screen.
