Filing an insurance claim in SendPro Online

Insurance claims can be filed if an insured shipment or a Declared Value shipment is lost or damaged.
  1. Select History > File Insurance Claim.
  2. From the History tab, find the insured shipping label. Tip: Select Insured Shipments from the All Shipments menu to view only insured shipments.
  3. Select the shipment for which you wish to file an insurance claim.
  4. Select File Insurance Claim. You will be taken to the carrier’s website to file the insurance claim.
