Changing your username and password for SendPro Online

To change your username or password in SendPro Online:
  1. Select your username in the upper right of the Home screen.
  2. Select User Profile.
  3. Select the Change link.
  4. Click Save to confirm changes.
Note: Your email address is displayed on the SendPro Profile screen, but you cannot change it in SendPro. If you need to change it, ask your organisation's SendPro administrator to invite you using your preferred email address.
