Withdrawing your postage funds on your cancelled DM100i - DM220i
Learn how to withdraw or transfer postage on your upgraded or cancelled DM100i - DM220i.
Products affected: DM100i™, DM150i™, DM200i™ (P720), DM110i™, DM160i™, DM220i™ (PR20)
When cancelling your contract, you must have confirmation of your contract termination before withdrawing funds and returning any equipment.
Important: It is mandatory for your franking machine to be returned to Pitney Bowes after use.
The process should take approximately ten minutes to complete.
Print a record of postage
To obtain a record of the amount of postage in your franking machine, print the Funds report.
- Press Funds.
- Press Page Down twice.
- Select Print Funds Rpt.
- When prompted, insert an envelope or tape sheet into your franking machine.
- The report is printed. Press the Home button to return to the Home screen.
Print an account report
If you require a record of the accounting values from your franking machine, print an Account report.
- Press Reports.
- To print a report for an individual account, select Single Account Rpt.
- To print a report giving all accounts values, select Multi Acct Summary.
- When prompted, insert an envelope or tape sheet into your franking machine.
- The report is printed. Press the Home button to return to the Home screen.
Withdraw the remaining funds from your franking machine
Important: This step will deactivate your franking machine.
Keep your franking machine connected as you normally would for a postage refill.
- Press Options.
- Press Page Down twice.
- Select Advanced Features.
- Select Meter Withdrawal.
- Select Transfer all funds from Meter to PBP account.
- Your franking machine connects to Pitney Bowes and will advise you of the status of the process.
Disconnect cables
- Remove all cables from the rear of your franking machine.
- Remove the Scale.
