Loading an insert feeder on the Relay 3000-4000

Learn how to load an insert feeder on the Relay 3000 and Relay 4000.

To load an insert feeder:
  1. Move the back prop to the rear of the insert feeder tray.
  2. While holding your insert, adjust the side guides to within 1/8th inch (3mm) of the material.
  3. Material should slide freely down the feeder tray.
  4. Set the separator gap and separator shield levers based on your material. Match your material to the most relevant icon and color indicator on each label.
  5. Fan and shingle your insert material.
  6. Load the material into the insert feeder.
