Checking your postage account balance on the DM100i-DM200i and DM110i-DM220i
Learn how to check your postage account balance on the DM100i/DM150i/DM200i (P720) and DM110i/DM160i/DM220i (PR20).

Follow these instructions to check your postage account balance on the DM100 / DM150 / DM200 and DM110i / DM160i / DM220i:
- Before you start, make certain your franking machine is connected in order to communicate with the Pitney Bowes Data Centre. We recommend connecting via SmartLink™
- Press the Add Postage key
- Select Check PBP Balance
- The franking machine connects to the Pitney Bowes Data Centre. Various screens display, showing the status of the process. Once connected, the amount in the account displays:
- Prepaid: the amount of prepaid funds remaining (Please note if you use Purchase Power you will need to login to Your Account https://www.pitneybowes.co.uk/signin to view your balance.
- When prompted to Add Postage (Yes/No):
- press the Yes key if you wish to add funds
- otherwise press No to return to the home screen.
NOTE: The franking machine will also check if there are any software updates available. To keep your franking machine up-to-date, follow the on-screen instructions to download and install the update(s).
