Adding postage to the DM100i-DM200i and DM110i-DM220i

Follow these instructions to refill postage on your franking machine:
- Before you start, make certain your system is connected. In order to communicate with the Pitney Bowes Data Centre, We recommend connecting via SmartLink™
- Press the Add Postage key.
- Select Add another amount.
- Enter the desired amount on the keypad, then select Continue.
- Press Yes/Enter to confirm.
Note: If the franking machine is unable to connect to the Pitney Bowes Data Centre, see the DM100i-DM200i Connecting Your Product or DM110i-DM220i Connecting Your Product section for troubleshooting articles.
- After a successful refill you have the option to print a receipt. To print a receipt, select Yes and feed an envelope or tape sheet to print the receipt. If you do not wish to print a receipt, select No.
- The franking machine checks for any software updates. If the franking machine displays Update available, select Get Update Now press Enter/Yes and follow the prompts to download and install the updates. After any updates, the franking machine displays Install Successful.
- Once all actions are completed, press the Home button to return to the Home screen.
