Creating and Printing stamp labels on Postage rolls in SendPro Online

Stamps can be printed onto labels on a postage roll from SendPro Online they must be printed on compatible SendPro postage rolls, which are available in our online shop.

Stamps can be printed onto labels on a postage roll from SendPro Online they must be printed on compatible SendPro postage rolls, which are available in our online shop.

To print a stamp on a postage roll:

  1. Choose the Send a Letter tab on the Home screen.
  2. Click Postage Roll.
  3. Click the radio button under Postage Sheet Type to include or exclude a return address on your labels from the top left of the screen.
  4. Click the date on which you will be mailing your label from the calendar.
    Note: For any postage created after 5pm the date will automatically show as the next day.
  5. (Optional) Choose a cost account from the drop-down menu on the right side of the screen if you are using cost accounts.
  6. (Optional) enter a memo/reference on the right hand side of the screen if required.
  7. Click your service type from the ribbon buttons. Click the relevant link below to continue with set up.

Royal Mail Services

  1. Select quantity of labels required.
  2. If you are using the USB connected scale, place your package on the scale platform and press the Scale icon. Alternatively enter the mailpiece weight manually.
  3. Select the mail type: Letter or Large Letter.
  4. Select the mail service from the drop-down list.
  5. Click Add to roll. You can now add more labels with different services and values if required to another label by returning to the top of the screen.
  6. Click Test Print if you want to check your postage before printing chargeable labels. Ensure your printer has a plain sheet of A4 paper ready for a test print.
  7. Click Print Postage when you are ready to print your label.

Frank Pay 'Parcel Force World Wide'

  1. Type in your postage value.
  2. Click Add to roll. You can now add more labels with different services and values if required to another label by returning to the top of the screen.
  3. Click Test Print if you want to check your postage before printing chargeable labels. Ensure your printer has a plain sheet of A4 paper ready for a test print.
  4. Click Print Postage when you are ready to print your label.

Surcharge

  1. Type in your surcharge value to cover any underpayments or surcharges from Royal Mail.
  2. Click Add to roll. You can now add more labels with different services and values if required to another label by returning to the top of the screen.
  3. Click Test Print if you want to check your postage before printing chargeable labels. Ensure your printer has a plain sheet of A4 paper ready for a test print.
  4. Click Print Postage when you are ready to print your label.
