"Balance Too Low" or "Insufficient Funds" message on the DM series, Connect+ Series and SendPro P Series

Learn how to resolve "Balance Too Low" or Insufficient Funds" on the DM50, DM55, DM60, DM100-DM200, DM110i-DM220i, DM300-DM475, and Connect+ / SendPro P franking machines.

The franking machine cannot refill postage and displays the message "Balance Too Low" or "Insufficient Funds".


The attempted refill was for a higher amount than the funds available in the postage account.
