Finding the software version on the SendPro C, SendPro+

Follow these steps to find the software version installed on your device.
Products affected: SendPro® C, SendPro® + (2H20, R2H20, R2H20M, R1H20C, 1H20C, R1H20CM)

Follow these steps to find the software version installed on your device:

  1. Tap Settings.

  2. Scroll to Advanced Device Options.
  3. Tap About this Device.
  4. The software version is present in the BaseSW section.

  5. Tap Cancel to exit the screen.
