Bank Transfer (BACS/CHAPS)


When transferring funds by either BACS or CHAPS you need to quote your Invoice or Statement number or Pitney Bowes account number that is being paid. Email, then, your remittance advice to

Helpful information: 

If we have received a remittance advice, funds will be applied to your account 1 working day after being received.   

You will find a remittance slip attached to your invoice for ease of reference. 

Payments can take between 3 to 5 working days to be received into the Pitney Bowes’ bank account and then allocated to your account.
