Bank Transfer (BACS/CHAPS)

 

When transferring funds by either BACS or CHAPS you need to quote your Invoice or Statement number or Pitney Bowes account number that is being paid.

If we have received a remittance advice, funds will be applied to your account 1 working day after being received.   

You will find a remittance slip attached to your invoice for ease of reference. 

Payments can take between 3 to 5 working days to be received into the Pitney Bowes’ bank account and then allocated to your account.
