We recommend a credit limit of 3 times your average monthly spend. Having a higher credit limit will decrease the risk of service interruption due to insufficient funds.

Request a credit limit increase
- Sign in to the Pitney Bowes Your Account online portal.
- Select Support & Cases and click Create a New Case.
- Select Financial Support>Credit Limit Assistance>Purchase Power.
- Complete the form then select Submit.
