Setting up a Direct Debit

Sign in to Your Account to set up a Direct Debit for your lease, rental, PrePay or Purchase Power accounts.

Sign in to Your Account to set up Direct Debit. Setting up an account for Direct Debit payment enables payments to be processed automatically. If you have more than one account, accounts must be set up individually. 

Set up a Direct Debit

  1. Sign In to the Pitney Bowes Your Account portal.
  2. Select Billing & Financials and click Direct Debit.
  3. Select Set Up Direct Debit.
  4. Select one of the account options to set up a Direct Debit for

Purchase Power or PrePay 

Select the type of Bank Account Holder (Single or Multiple Signatures) 

I am the sole account holder for the bank account

  1. Select the account(s) to add a Direct Debit
  2. Complete the form
  3. Select a Payment Amount
  4. Select Continue

 There are multiple account holders for the bank account

  1. Complete the form
  2. Select the Create PDF button to create the form
  3. The PDF will download to your computer
  4. Email the PDF to direct.debit@pb.com to complete your Direct Debit registration. 

Lease or Rental

  1. Complete the form
  2. Select the Create PDF button to create the form
  3. The PDF will download to your computer
  4. Email the PDF to direct.debit@pb.com to complete your Direct Debit registration. 


Direct Debit mandates

  1. If you are unable to access Your Account, download the relevant mandate below.
  2. Complete all sections of the mandate; be sure to sign, date and include your Pitney Bowes Account Numbers.
  3. Scan the completed form and email it to direct.debit@pb.com.
