If your equipment appears to have a fault and is not covered by a Service Agreement, there may be a charge if:
- You do not have a Service Agreement, and require a call out from our Service Technicians, Labour / Travel / Parts + VAT will be chargeable.
- Depending on your Service Agreement, charges may be for call out/parts not covered under your maintenance agreement with PB. This will be always be advised and agreed when you contact Pitney Bowes with a technical fault.
- If a charge is applicable you will be advised of the charge before the Engineer attends you site.
If your equipment appears to have a fault and you require and Engineer to contact you, you will simply need to create a case within your online account, and once submitted you will receive a call back within 2hrs from an Engineer. If the Engineer is unable to fix the fault over the phone, they will then arrange to attend your site.
