There are 3 different ways to make payment for your Pitney Bowes accounts:
- The easiest payment method is Direct Debit which takes 3-5 working days to be cleared in to your account. Please see Direct Debit for more information and to obtain a mandate.
- You can arrange a bank transfer which takes up to 5 working days to be received by Pitney Bowes and then cleared onto your account. Please see Bank Funds Transfer (BACS/CHAPS) for bank details.
- The least efficient means of payment is by cheque which can take anywhere between 10-15 working days to be cleared onto your account. Please see Cheque for more information.
To avoid potential late fees or interest charges and to ensure an uninterrupted service, we recommend payment by Direct Debit.
