Resolving meter connectivity issues

This section will assist you with problems connecting your meter to Pitney Bowes:

  • adding postage
  • performing a data capture upload
  • updating your meter

A Connection Required or Data Upload Required message indicates that it is time to perform the monthly Data Capture Upload.  Ensure that your meter has an active connection and follow the on-screen meter prompts to complete the upload.

If you receive an error message, for example Connection Failed, Data Upload Failed, No Dial Tone, or an error code, for example 1811, EDE00, EDE2C – select your meter model below to access the relevant troubleshooting:
