1. Your order and delivery
Your order is being processed
We will update our records with your order, link the meter to your postage account. Please keep your paper copy of the agreement and T&C’s for your records.
There is normally a delivery time of approximately 10 working days or at a time agreed on your agreement.
2. Your Installation Support
Installation of your franking machine
A Pitney Bowes engineer will contact you within 2 days after delivery to agree a suitable time for installation and training. If you have any questions during this time, you can email us email@example.com.
3. Return of your current equipment
Returning your current meter
Your current meter needs collecting as part of a Royal Mail requirement and will be decommissioned as part of our commitment to the environment.
Our decommissioning team will contact you within 48 hours after installation of your installation to arrange a suitable time for its collection. For additional support, you can contact the team on 0333 999 4430 to arrange collection of the equipment. If you prefer email, you can download the form to email to the team here.
4. Your postage
Transfer of your unused postage
If you current franking machine was supplied by Pitney Bowes, and you have is unused postage on it, we will organise a transfer to your postage account.
The transfer happens after collection of your current Pitney Bowes franking machine as part of the decommissioning process. The transfer will show on your postage account approximately 10 working days after we receive your old machine so you can download it onto your meter.

If you need to report on postage spend for the company as a whole or at department level, INVIEW™ offers a you a set ready to use reports, tables and graphics. INVIEW captures data accurately, consistently and in a timely manner from just one or multiple locations. You can access your INVIEW reports online via Your Account.
You will receive an automated activation email for INVIEW within the next 7 days. Please check your spam filters if you have not received the INVIEW activation email.
