What is Postage By Phone® 

Postage by Phone is a pre-paid postage re-crediting facility.

In simple terms you agree a monthly deposit balance, pay the funds to us in advance and then the funds will be available to download at your convenience.

The agreed deposit balance should typically match your monthly postage spend.

To ensure you are never out of funds we will send you an invoice each time you top up, asking you to replenish your agreed deposit balance in advance of requesting more postage funds.

 

Postage By Phone® Benefits

  • Postage can be topped up 6 days a week between 7.00am and 8.00pm.
  • Each time Postage By Phone is used, you receive a detailed statement, including a record of your postal expenditure.
  • Over 100,000 meters are linked to Postage by Phone from Pitney Bowes to provide the postage they need at the touch of a button.

Payment can be made via Direct Debit to ensure invoices are cleared immediately, replenishing the balance of your account and ensuring a smooth and uninterrupted service.

You can also pay your Postage by Phone account by BACs or Cheque
