Bio: Jesse Carstens is responsible for the eCommerce Operations and Technology teams and serves as the product owner for the OMS/OMNI Fulfillment strategies of Deckers Brands. In this capacity, he is responsible for development, support and optimization of: Order Management System, distributed order management, Ship From Store platform, Buy Online Pickup in Store, Reserve Online, Same Day Delivery, Payment Gateway, returns processing and all backend technologies to drive eCommerce operations.

Bio: Michael Fellers is responsible for sales strategy and account development for Pitney Bowes Commerce Services. In this role, he leads efforts to support retailers and brands in enabling more convenient, seamless and cost-effective post-purchase experiences for their customers. Michael has nearly two decades of experience in ecommerce logistics and enterprise software solutions.

Bio: Nick Pellegrino is Senior Vice President and General Manager of Pitney Bowes Fulfillment & Parcel Services where he oversees all aspects of operations, business development and client experience.  His leadership and expertise in Industrial Engineering, Lean and Continuous Improvement enable Nick to provide innovative, cost-effective and value-added solutions to clients. Nick’s 28 years of supply chain experience at companies such as Coca Cola, Nestle and ATC Logistics has honed his experience in the areas of business development, fulfillment, forward/reverse logistics, as well as manufacturing and remanufacturing.

 

Chris Halkyard, former Chief Supply Chain Officer at Gilt, Rent the Runway, and Toys’R’Us.

Bio: Chris Halkyard has been in the retail supply chain industry for nearly 30 years and currently the Vice President of Supply Chain Operations for Toys R Us.  Prior to this position he was the CEO of Aries Supply Chain Consulting, Chief Logistics Officer for Rent The Runway and Chief Supply Chain Officer with the Gilt Groupe. At Gilt, Halkyard led initiatives to establish a new methodology for global flash sales distribution including an automated/robotic fulfillment center in Louisville, Kentucky and multiple cross docks.
