Keep an eye out for your new 10-digit account number arriving with your next Pitney Bowes invoice.

When you receive your new 10-digit account number, take advantage of the convenience of online bill payment when you register at pitneybowes.us/signin.

You will still be able to access your postage usage and deposit account statement at pbpresortservices.com. You also will be able to view and print a PDF of your invoice here.

Here are a few important steps you need to take to ensure your payments are applied to your account quickly and accurately. 

If You Are Paying by Check:

  • Update your records with the new payment name and remittance address below:

        Pitney Bowes Presort Services Inc.
        PO Box 809369
        Chicago, IL 60680-9369

  • Be sure to include your remittance stub with your payments and write your invoice number and 10-digit account number on your check. When making Postage payments, please include your postage deposit account number and specify “Postage” on your check.

If You Are Using Other Payment Methods:

  • Please see here for instructions for other payment methods.

  • Be sure to include your invoice number, 10-digit customer account number, postage deposit account number, and amount.  We also advise you to email this information to us directly at: presortaccountsreceivable@pb.com.

Click here for a current Form W-9 for Pitney Bowes Presort Services, Inc.  Please use this to update your records for the address change only, if necessary.  Our Federal ID number has not changed.

Your feedback is important to us. That’s why we’re making a change to our payment process to improve your experience with Pitney Bowes. Effective immediately, we are moving our Presort clients back to our previous banking partner, who is familiar with your business and knows how to apply your payments properly.
