His career spans more than 25 years developing marketing strategies, analytic teams and data-driven solutions to improve marketing programs. His strengths lie in improving business effectiveness with disciplined analytics, solving complex data issues and developing actionable consumer insights.
Jim earned a BA in Marketing and an MBA from Western Carolina University and has completed additional graduate coursework in statistics at The Ohio State University.
