Preeti is a leader in Deloitte’s Retail and Consumer Products Practice. Over the last 11 years she has helped several Fortune 500 companies, mid-market specialty retailers and start-ups across America, Europe and Asia identify, prioritize and mobilize new opportunities through effective business transformation and innovation. Preeti’s work spans across digital transformation, omnichannel strategy, merchandising & supply chain strategy, merch data and analytics, connected planning, international expansion and growth strategy, business process redesign, customer strategy and retail innovation & venturing.
Preeti was instrumental in the set up of Deloitte’s Digital Ventures team in Germany which is involved in creating new businesses and incubators to accelerate growth apart from advising European retail clients and fueling Deloitte’s business in the consumer business practice.
Preeti also leads research efforts for Deloitte’s Retail and Consumer Products Practice. She has authored several papers around retail state of the industry, digital trends in retail, future of retail merchandising and has recently talked at NRF, Shoptalk, and Anaplan Hub.
Preeti is also passionate about sustainable development and has spoken at the UN and Columbia Business School on various topics including Private, Public Partnership (PPP) and Universal Education.
