Deleting a FedEx or UPS account from SendPro Online or PitneyShip

You can delete a FedEx or UPS account from SendPro Online or PitneyShip if you no longer wish to use it. This also applies to FedEx and UPS accounts used on other SendPro products.
Products affected: SendPro® Online, PitneyShip™, SendPro® C200, SendPro® C300, SendPro® C400 (1H00, 2H00), SendPro® C425 (7H00, 8H00)

You can delete a FedEx or UPS account from SendPro Online or PitneyShip if you no longer wish to use it. This also applies to FedEx and UPS accounts used on other SendPro products.

Select your software version

There are currently two versions of our shipping software. Click on the image that matches your Home screen to view the instructions for your version.

  1. Select Settings > Shipping Carriers.
  2. Next to the account you wish to delete, select Manage.
  3. Select the delete icon.
  4. Select Delete to confirm.

 

PitneyShip (new) PitneyShip Home screen thumbnail

  1. Select Settings > Carriers.

  2. Select the arrow next to the account you wish to delete.
  3. Select Delete Account.
    Caution: There is no confirmation window. The account is deleted immediately when you select Delete Account.
